
The spinning classes at
SpinCity are well-known within the Andover community as one of the best
workouts in the area. Just like our Personal Training program, our
spinning classes are not one
size fits all. Our certified spinning
instructors take the time to adjust each bike to each person,
and they also modify the workout for each person—adjusting posture and
form so that everyone gets the absolute most out of their workout.
The spinning classes are taught to accommodate any fitness level. Each spinning class is motivating, fun, and a great cardiovascular workout.
