Personal Training at SpinCity
The Personal Training staff at SpinCity is our greatest asset. We are dedicated to offering the highest level of service to our clients, with your success being our top priority.

Whether you're looking to get back into shape, improve posture and overall muscular conditioning, rehabilitate a chronic or acute injury, or add a new dimension to your marathon training, we can help.

Prior to creating your personal training program, your trainer will hold an initial consultation and assessment, where you will discuss your specific goals.  Your personal trainer will also conduct both static and movement assessments, paying special attention to your strengths and weaknesses, as well as to any discomfort or injuries you might have.

Personal training sessions last one hour, and are available individually, in groups of two, and groups of three. Please bring  water and a towel to all sessions. Please see our price list for rate information.
