The benefits of personal training:
Prior to creating your personal training program, your trainer will hold an initial consultation and assessment, where you will discuss your specific goals. Your personal trainer will also conduct both static and movement assessments, paying special attention to your strengths and weaknesses, as well as to any discomfort or injuries you might have.

Personal training sessions last one hour, and are available
individually, in groups of two, and groups of three. Please
